Second City

I went and saw a show at Second City for the first time ever, which is pathetic because I live in Chicago. The show was on the etc. stage, the smaller of the two second city stages. The name of the show was "Immaculate Deception". It is a satirical look at popular culture. The show was unreal, it was really genuinely funny from start to finish. I went with a friend who has been to more than a dozen shows at Second City and he said that this was one of the best if not the best one he has ever seen. If you are waiting for a reason to go and see a show there this is it, because it was only $24 and is well worth every dime. I am actually really looking forward to going and seeing their other show on the main stage called "Iraqtial Dysfunction" which is more political humor.
